Returns
Our return policy lasts 60 days; long enough to fall in or out of love with your purchase. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, firstly, email us with your request, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase; an invoice number, transaction number or some other detail to verify your purchase.

Returns are not eligible if:

  1. The shipping address provided by you is incorrect and the item has gone missing.
  2. You have ordered the wrong item, size or colour. In this case, and it is within 60 days, simply pay for shipping and we will replace it with the correct item.
  3. You change your mind. You can return the item, pay for shipping and we will refund or exchange your item.
  4. There are no refunds on Free items or Gift Cards.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

  1. An item is not returned in its original condition,
  2. An item is broken or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  3. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  1. If you haven’t received a refund; first check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company. It can take a few days before your refund is officially posted to your account.
  3. Contact your bank to see if the amount is being processed and your refund is pending.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and free items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Need a Different Size/Color?
In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. You'll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order.
Once we receive your return, we'll credit your account.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 5 Sudbury Way, City Beach Western Australia, AU 6015.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
