Ordered the Augustina love necklace as was looking to replace a similar style necklace that I had lost . Despite living in the uk the necklace was delivered within days and was exactly as described . I had not bothered to read the description properly however so the necklace was shorter than I had anticipated so emailed customer services to see if they could do anything to rectify the issue . They kindly reordered the style exactly as per my requirements and have gone above and beyond in terms of keeping me informed of the progress of the order . I cannot praise the service enough !!
