Frequently Asked Questions

 

Sit tight; your Pearl + Creek item should be arriving in soon. We are based in Australia. Shipping destinations outside Australia can take 2-4 weeks but generally arrive sooner. Please be patient! 

After you order: Once a successful order has been placed, you will receive an email from us confirming your address and the details of your order. We aim for all orders to be packed and sent the next working day.

1. Please note if you order on a Friday, your products will normally be dispatched the following Monday.
2. Our mailing facility does not operate over weekends or public holidays.

It takes 2-3 days to ship your order from Australia and then travel to your country, home state and city. 

Once your order has left our facility: Your order is on its way to you.. no matter where you live. We use Australia Post and International Postal Merchants to get it to you as fast as we can. 

Orders using our standard mail option will arrive in 2-10 full working days within Australia after leaving our facility. Shipping destinations outside Australia can take 2-3 weeks but generally arrive sooner.

Our beautiful range of custom made designs are manufactured in a multitude of locations around the world by high quality designers and manufacturers.

We select designs we believe are classic and will last the test of time.

It might take a little longer to get your custom made design but it is worth it.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days; that should be long enough to fall in or out of love with your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange - 30 days is all we offer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are not eligible if:

  1. The shipping address provided by you is incorrect and the item has gone missing.
  2. You have ordered the wrong item, size or colour. In this case, and it is within 30 days, simply pay for shipping and we will replace it with the correct item.
  3. You change your mind. You can return the item, pay for shipping and we will refund or exchange your item.
  4. There are no refunds on Free items or Gift Cards.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

  1. An item is not returned in its original condition,
  2. An item is broken or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  3. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
